Frequency change from Radio Netherlands

Effective immediately, the RNW Dutch transmission to the Caribbean via Bonaire at 2359-0030 UTC has moved to 6140 kHz, as the previous frequency 5970 kHz suffered interference from a transmitter in Cuba.
