National Holiday DXing and QSLing

Considering a new approach to your QSLing ? Monitoring worldwide stations on their national holiday's is a tried and proven alternative to verifying a radio station. While some of the following country's may no longer be active on shortwave, they may broadcast via Internet streaming audio, AM, utility, FM, as well as amateur radio operators. Don't forget to mention the special day you logged their station on. Showing an interest of their country has been known to achieve an extra attention from the station.
International Shortwave Broadcast Guide E-book, has added many medium wave stations to this summer's edition, plus a search at www.google.com can also assist your search for many radio stations.

The month of August has just begun, and you've plenty of time for new QSLs, using a new approach.
